PageDrop · Files worth sharing
Share Markdown with a password or expiry
Turn a Markdown file into a readable web page, with code blocks, tables and controlled sharing.
Share a document without screenshots
PageDrop renders Markdown into a browser-readable page. It supports headings, lists, code blocks, tables and task lists. This is a snapshot of an uploaded file, not a collaborative editor.
Prepare and send
- Save a .md or .markdown file. Use absolute URLs for images.
- Upload it and review the rendered headings, tables and links.
- After the security scan passes, create a share with a password or expiry if needed.
- Send the complete returned URL. Revoke it when access should end.
Automate repeat deliveries
Install the official CLI package, set PAGEDROP_API_URL to https://pagedrop.space and keep PAGEDROP_API_KEY in your private environment.
pagedrop upload notes.md --share '{"expiresInDays":7}'
For a password, use the web share dialog so the password does not enter shell history. A public sample is available in the examples library.
Will the document appear in Google?
User rendering pages carry noindex directives and are excluded from the official sitemap. That is not authentication: protect confidential documents with a password or login requirement.
What is not supported?
Local image folders are not bundled with the document. Unsafe embedded HTML is sanitized. For an application with a backend, use an application deployment platform.
Turn your next report into a link
Upload a single file, review it, then choose who can access it and for how long.
